What is Coaching?
​
I like to describe it as a “guide on the side” to help you navigate obstacle while you are on a path to your goals.
​​
We figure out your goals and action steps - together. We learn how to overcome your obstacles – together. We discover what your inner resources are – together. We are building a toolkit for your life.

Why work with a Coach?

You have goals to reach but maybe some obstacles or limiting beliefs holding you back. You need and want someone in your corner helping you out!

How is it different from therapy?

We don’t dive deep into your past because we are focused on your future and where you want to go – not where you’ve been. If we do revisit the past, it’s to find clues and resources to help us where we are now.
How does Coaching “work”?
​
Coaching is about setting goals, creating healthy habits, and taking action steps that will help you succeed.
Just like therapy, it’s not a “one and done” type of thing either. Everything takes time to learn and integrate. Coaching is usually done in packages that will be customized for the individual needs.
You will also have access to me throughout your program, not just your sessions. Ask questions, rant or just fill me in on a win! I’ll be checking in on you too!
